Warranty Policy

GadgetCare Technologies is committed to providing customers with quality products and reliable after-sales support. To ensure transparency, the following terms and conditions apply to all warranty claims.


1. Proof of Purchase

  • A valid receipt or invoice from Gadgetcare Technologies must be presented for any warranty claim. Claims without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

2. Warranty Seal

  • Each product comes with a warranty seal. If this seal is broken, removed, or tampered with, the warranty becomes void immediately.

3. Screen Coverage

  • Warranty does not cover issues or damages related to product screens, including cracks, malfunctioning displays, or pixel defects.

4. Liquid & Physical Damage

  • Products showing evidence of liquid exposure or physical damage (such as dents, cracks, or burnt components) are not covered under warranty.

5. Software

  • The warranty does not cover software-related issues. This includes problems with operating systems (OS), pre-installed applications, or user-installed software. Issues caused by viruses, malware, or improper installation of software are also excluded.

6. Repair & Replacement Scope

  • GadgetCare Technologies does not offer device swaps under warranty.
  • Only faulty components identified during inspection will be repaired or replaced.
  • If replacement parts are unavailable, GadgetCare Technologies may provide an alternative solution at its discretion.

7. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will be void if:

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications have been made.
  • The product serial number has been removed, altered, or is illegible.
  • Damage is due to negligence, misuse, or improper handling.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • GadgetCare Technologies is not responsible for any data loss, downtime, or indirect damages that may occur while a product is under repair or inspection. Customers are advised to back up all data before submitting a product for warranty service.
